Elgi Equipments consolidated net profit rises 4029.52% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 34.28% to Rs 610.59 crore

Net profit of Elgi Equipments rose 4029.52% to Rs 43.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 1.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 34.28% to Rs 610.59 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 454.71 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit rose 140.76% to Rs 102.49 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 42.57 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales rose 5.17% to Rs 1924.05 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 1829.39 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
