Embassy Office Parks REIT consolidated net profit declines 19.13% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 35.94% to Rs 738.66 crore

Net profit of Embassy Office Parks REIT declined 19.13% to Rs 46.75 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 57.81 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 35.94% to Rs 738.66 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 543.36 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit declined 8.78% to Rs 698.35 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 765.53 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales rose 10.04% to Rs 2360.32 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 2144.92 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
