Embassy Office Parks REIT consolidated net profit rises 497.18% in the March 2022 quarter

Sales rise 0.88% to Rs 770.50 crore

Net profit of Embassy Office Parks REIT rose 497.18% to Rs 279.18 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 46.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021. Sales rose 0.88% to Rs 770.50 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 763.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021.

For the full year,net profit rose 27.21% to Rs 888.39 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 698.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2021. Sales rose 24.22% to Rs 3052.59 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 2457.44 crore during the previous year ended March 2021.
