Eris LifeSciences has signed a Share Purchase Agreement with Rakesh Dhuria, a promoter of Kinedex for increasing its ownership and control of the Said subsidiary i.e. Kinedex by way of purchase of 12239 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each.
