Esab India standalone net profit rises 743.12% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 16.07% to Rs 153.59 crore

Net profit of Esab India rose 743.12% to Rs 9.19 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 1.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 16.07% to Rs 153.59 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 132.33 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 38.31% to Rs 37.15 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 26.86 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 6.56% to Rs 543.56 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 510.09 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
