Ess Dee Aluminium announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 15 April 2015

Ess Dee Aluminium announced that Haresh Vala, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from the services of the Company w.e.f. 15 April 2015. He shall be relieved from the duties after the closing hours of 15 April 2015.

Further till such time, a Company Secretary is appointed, Subir Kumar Ray, Chief Financial Officer will act as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 16 April 2015.
