Excel Industries announces cessation of nominee director

With effect from 05 January 2015

Excel Industries announced that N. B. Sathe, Nominee Director of the Company, representing LIC of India, has resigned from the Company due to rotational policy of the LIC.

On January 07, 2015, the Company has received LIC letter dated 05 January 2015 intimating the resignation of N. B. Sathe.
