Fortis Healthcare announced that CRISIL has assigned following credit rating of long term debts and short term debts of Fortis Healthcare (the Company) and subsidiaries of the Company viz. 1. International Hospital ; and 2. Fortis Hospitals -

1. Long Term Loan- CRISIL A (Placed on Rating Watch with Developing Implications).

2. Short Term Loan- CRISIL A1 (Continuous on Rating Watch with Developing Implications).
