Future Lifestyle Fashions has allotted 2.19 lakh equity shares of Rs 2 each under ESOP.
Post such allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company stands increased from Rs.40,31,11,748/- divided into 20,15,55,874 equity shares of Rs.2/- each to Rs.40,35,49,748 divided into 20,17,74,874 equity shares of Rs.2/- each.
