Foseco India to hold board meeting

Foseco India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 November 2014, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 September 2014 and also to consider, if thought fit, to declare the 3rd interim dividend for the financial year ending on 31 December 2014.
