Future Lifestyle Fashions allots 38.22 lakh equity shares

On preferential basis

Future Lifestyle Fashions has allotted 38,22,464 equity shares of Rs 2 each at an issue price of Rs 445.20 per share aggregating Rs 170.29 crore to Spectacular Investments (a registered Foreign Portfolio Investor) by way of preferential allotment.

Post such allotment, paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 38.89 crore comprising of 19,44,73,028 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
