Genesys International Corporation allots 1.57 lakh equity shares

Under ESOP

Genesys International Corporation has allotted 1,57,250 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5.00 each pursuant to the exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees of the company under the Genesys ESOP Scheme -2010.

Consequently, post-allotment the paid-up capital of the company shall stand increased to Rs. 15,42,01,310 divided into 3,08,40,262 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 5.00 each. These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
