GFL fixes record date for scheme of arrangement

Record date is 30 March 2021

GFL has fixed 30 March 2021 as record date for allotment of one fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10 each of Inox Wind Energy for every 10 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 1 each in GFL pursuant to the composite scheme of arrangement between Inox Renewables and GFL and Inox Wind Energy and their respective shareholders.
