Goodricke Group to acquire specified assets of Mcleod Russel India's tea estate in Assam
Goodricke Group has decided to acquire the Estate & Bearer
Plants and the Specified Assets of the Harchurah Tea Estate in Assam, subject to due diligence and necessary approval/s. For the said purpose the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Mcleod Russel India on 17 September, 2018.
