GRUH Finance allots equity shares

Under stock options

GRUH Finance announced that the Company has allotted 4,92,160 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each under distinctive numbers from 36,25,68,421 to 36,30,60,580 (both numbers inclusive) pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees/directors on 05 September 2014.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 72,61,21,160 consisting 36,30,60,580 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
