GRUH Finance allots equity shares

Under ESOS

GRUH Finance has on 19 December 2015, allotted 26,200 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 72,73,32,460 consisting 36,36,66,230 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
