Hero MotoCorp Ltd lost 1.75% today to trade at Rs 3413.95. The S&P BSE Auto index is down 0.16% to quote at 24178.3. The index is up 4.86 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Bajaj Auto Ltd decreased 1.47% and Maruti Suzuki India Ltd lost 0.88% on the day. The S&P BSE Auto index went up 53.55 % over last one year compared to the 31.16% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
