Hindustan Wires standalone net profit declines 87.79% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 13.25% to Rs 1.71 crore

Net profit of Hindustan Wires declined 87.79% to Rs 0.42 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 3.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 13.25% to Rs 1.71 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 1.51 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit declined 60.31% to Rs 2.08 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 5.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 6.61% to Rs 6.77 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 6.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
