Home First Finance Company to allot NCDs aggregating Rs 99 cr

Home First Finance Company India approved the allotment of 990 Secured, Rated, Listed, Taxable, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (Debentures), having face value of Rs 10,00,000 per Debenture at an issue price of Rs 10,00,000 per Debenture for amount not exceeding Rs.99 crore to be redeemed after a period of 24 months from the date of allotment at coupon rate of 7.50% per annum to ICICI Prudential Credit Risk Fund.
