Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity shares
Under ESOS
Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 23 September 2016 allotted 4,10,035 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees / director.Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 316,79,67,380 consisting of 158,39,83,690 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
