Housing Development Finance Corporation consolidated net profit rises 30.01% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 115.29% to Rs 35738.39 crore

Net profit of Housing Development Finance Corporation rose 30.01% to Rs 5350.02 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 4115.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 115.29% to Rs 35738.39 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 16600.08 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit declined 12.57% to Rs 18740.06 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 21434.57 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales rose 36.68% to Rs 139033.99 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 101725.71 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
