IDFC announces cessation of director

With effect from 11 June

IDFC announced that Manish Kumar (DIN:07379535) ceases to be a Nominee Director representing Government of India from the Board of the Company with immediate effect as directed by Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services vide its letter dated 11 June 2018. The aforesaid cessation of directorship was noted by the Board of Directors of the Company through Circular Resolution dated 12 June 2018.
