IL&FS Investment Managers to pay dividend for FY 2015

On or after 14 August 2015

IL&FS Investment Managers announced that the dividend for the financial year 2014-2015 will be paid on or after 14 August 2015 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 11 August 2015.
