India's forex reserves jumps by US$ 5.419 billion in the week ended 28 February

India's foreign exchange reserves jumped by US$ 5.42 billion to US$ 481.54 billion in the week ended 28 February 2020. The foreign exchange reserves had stood at US$ 476.12 a week ago.

Within the foreign exchange reserves, the foreign currency assets moved up to US$ 445.82 billion in the week ended 28 February 2020 from US$ 441.46 billion a week ago.

The gold asset also increased to US$ 30.68 billion from US$ 29.66 billion a week ago.

SDRs were flat at US$ 1.43 billion in the week ended 28 February 2020.

 

India's foreign exchange reserves increased by US$ 68.67 billion over March 2019, while jumped US$ 79.76 billion over a year ago level.
