Natural gas production declines 0.3% in April-July 2019

India's natural gas production rose 0.2% to 2.72 billion cubic meters (bcm) in July 2019 over a year ago. Natural gas output of ONGC declines 1.1% to 2.02 bcm, while that of Oil India moved up 2.1% to 0.24 bcm. Further, the natural gas production of private and JV companies increased 4.9% to 0.46 bcm in July 2019.

Natural gas output fell 0.3% to 10.75 bcm in April-July 2019 over April-July 2018.
