Indiabulls Housing Finance allots 1.22 lakh equity shares

Under ESOP

Indiabulls Housing Finance has issued and allotted 1,22,760 Equity shares of face value Rs 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 85,18,65,488 divided into 42,59,32,744 Equity Shares of face value Rs 2/- each.
