Indiabulls Housing Finance increases its lending rates by 50 bps

Indiabulls Housing Finance (IBHFL) revises its reference rates on Housing Loans and MSME Loans by 50 basis points in line with other lending institutions and banks who have also increased their benchmark rates by 50 basis points post the RBI Monetary Policy, June 2022. The new rates will be applicable for existing borrowers from 1 July 2022 onwards.
