Indowind Energy announces hike in share holding

Indowind Energy announced that Soura Capital, a Promoter group of Indowind Energy, has bought 6,20,000 shares of the Company in the open market on 06 June 2014. Due to this, the percentage of share holding of Promoter and Promoters Group in Indowind Energy has increased from 38.93% to 39.62%.
