Infosys announces cessation of company secretary cum compliance officer

With effect from 10 January 2015

Infosys announced that Parvatheesam Kanchinadham, Chief Risk & Compliance Officer and Company Secretary, will be leaving the Company effective 10 January 2015.

David Kennedy, General Counsel, will assume the role of Chief Compliance Officer. Manikantha A.G.S., will be the interim Company Secretary.
