With effect from 15 December 2014
Ingersoll-Rand (India) announced that Venkatesh Valluri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, has resigned from the services of Ingersoll - Rand Technologies and Services to pursue other professional interests outside of the organization. The Company has received a communication dated 12 December 2014 from Valluri and he will be relinquishing his position as "President - Ingersoll Rand, India Region" effective close of working hours on 15 December 2014.Venkatesh Valluri has confirmed that he will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company until 31 March 2015.
