IO System announces change in directorate

With effect from 21 July 2019

IO System announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 21 July 2019 has approved the following -

Appointment of Preeti Malhotra as an Additional Director & Chairperson (Non-executive - Non-independent); Kamalapati Kashyap as an Additional Director (Non-executive-Non independent); and Vidya Chhabra as an Additional Director (Non-executive, Non-independent) of the Company, w.e.f. 21 July 2019.

Resignation of Rashi Adlakha as a Director of the Company w.e.f. 21 July 2019.
