ITC allots 12.76 lakh shares under ESOS

ITC has allotted 12,76,020 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1 each, upon exercise of 1,27,602 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 22 October 2021, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1232,16,02,3211- divided into 1232,16,02,321 Ordinary Shares o Rs 1 each.
