On conversion of warrants
JK Tyre & Industries announced that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on 08 January 2015 have allotted 2,15,16,750 equity shares of Rs 2 each (fully paid) on conversion of the said warrants. Accordingly, the said warrants stand cancelled.Consequently, the paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 41.05 crore to Rs 45.36 crore comprising of 22,68,13,480 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
