Joonktolle Tea & Industries enters into share purchase agreement

To acquire Azizbagh Tea Estate in Assam before March 2016

Joonktolle Tea & Industries has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement for acquiring 100% equity shares of Keshava Plantations with the Chaliha family for acquisition of Azizbagh Tea Estate in Assam with factory for a consideration of Rs. 27.50 crore. Acquisition will be completed before March, 2016.
