L&T announces completion of acquisition of assets of Engineering Services division of Dell

Larsen & Toubro announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, L&T Technology Services has closed the acquisition of assets of U.S.-based Dell Product and Process Innovation Services, the Engineering Services division of Dell (Dell Engineering Services). With the close of this acquisition, L&T Technology Services will provide one of the industry's most comprehensive ER&D service offerings for transportation customers, through its global delivery centers in USA and India.
