L&T Technology Services plans to acquire Dell's Engineering Services business

Transaction already approved by Competition Commission of India

Larsen & Toubro announced that L&T Technology Services, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company intends to acquire the assets of U.S based Dell Products and Process Innovation Service (formerly eServ), the engineering services division of Dell. The Competition Commission of India has already approved the proposed transaction. The Company is awaiting US regulatory approvals which are expected shortly.
