Scheme becomes effective from 21 May 2018
Larsen & Toubro Infotech announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench vide its Order dated 02 May 2018, has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation between Larsen & Toubro Infotech ('Transferee Company') and AugmentIQ Data Sciences ('Transferor Company'). The Company has received the certified true copy of the Order on 18 May 2018 and the same has been filed with Registrar of Companies, Mumbai & Pune on 21 May 2018. Accordingly, the Scheme has become effective from 21 May 2018.The Appointed date for the Scheme is 01 April 2017.
