DCB Bank allots 1.29 lakh equity shares

Under ESOP

DCB Bank has issued and allotted 129,660 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on 21 May 2018, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 308,252,313 shares of Rs.10/- each.
