Lasa Supergenerics announced that Hitesh Dhruvkumar Wadhwani, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and Sumant Kharasambale, Whole Time Director of the Company have tendered their resignation from their respective position in the Company w.e.f 16 June 2018. The Board of the company at its meeting held on 16 June 2018 has appointed Nidhi Kulshreshtha, Associate Member of ICSI as 'The Company Secretary and Compliance Officer' who will also be the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 16 June 2018Powered by Capital Market - Live News
