Avonmore Capital & Management Services acquires 51% stake in TRP Social Consultants

Avonmore Capital & Management Services has successfully completed the acquisition of 5,100 shares of Rs. 10/- each i.e. 51% stake in 'TRP Social Consultants', for a total consideration of Rs. 51,000/- (Rupees Fifty One Thousands Only), thereby making it a subsidiary company of Avonmore Capital & Management Services Limited w.e.f. 15 June 2018.
