Lifeline Drugs & Pharma renamed as Arihant Multi Commercial

With effect from 28 July 2014

Lifeline Drugs & Pharma announced BSE that the Company had made the application to the office of the Registrar of the companies, Mumbai for change of name of the Company and it has approved the application and granted a new Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change name to "Arihant Multi Commercial" on 28 July 2014.
