Lupin allots equity shares

Lupin announced that its Allotment Committee of Directors in their meeting held on 24 October 2019 have allotted 87241 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. These shares have been allotted upon exercising of options granted to the employees under Stock option plans of the Company.
