Magna Eletrocasting standalone net profit rises 1.33% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 23.83% to Rs 25.72 crore

Net profit of Magna Eletrocasting rose 1.33% to Rs 2.29 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 2.26 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 23.83% to Rs 25.72 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 20.77 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 6.28% to Rs 6.86 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 7.32 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 17.90% to Rs 93.07 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 78.94 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
