Mahindra & Mahindra announced that Mahindra Logistics has filed the Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI for a public offer of up to 1,93,32,346 equity shares, representing up to 27.49% of the existing issue and paid up equity share capital of Mahindra Logistics, for cash, through an offer of sale of upto -
-13.74% of equity share capital held by Mahindra & Mahindra;
-13.18% of equity share capital held by Normandy Holdings; and
-0.56% of equity share capital held by Kedaara Capital Alternative Investment Fund - Kedaara Capital AIF I.
