Main Focus Of An Organization To Survive Is Its Viability Says NCLAT Member

Balvinder Singh, Member, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) stated in a speech that the main focus of an organization to survive is its viability, according to a latest update from the PHD Chamber of commerce. While stressing upon the convergence of jurisdiction reiterated that strategic rules made by the institutions encourage flow of ideas. Transformation of rules into law creates divergence, said Singh. Singh also highlighted about the stages for Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code wherein he called resolution process a tedious one and added that liquidation not only relies on factual practices.
