Record date is 13 February 2015; Dividend payment date is 21 February 2015

Manappuram Finance announced that 13 February 2015 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of Interim Dividend.

Further Dividend Warrant shall be dispatched on or before 21 February 2015.
