Marathon Nextgen Realty announced that the "Hon'ble High Court of Judicature At Bombay" has on 06 October 2016 orally pronounced an Order, approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of Parmeka, a wholly Owned Subsidiary with Marathon Nextgen Realty.The certified true copy of the said Order is awaited.
