Marico Ltd spurts 2.14%, rises for third straight session

The benchmark NIFTY is down around 0.09% on the day, quoting at 10241.95. The Sensex is at 34060.62, down 0.02%. Marico Ltd has dropped around 6.99% in last one month.

 

Meanwhile, Nifty FMCG index of which Marico Ltd is a constituent, has dropped around 5.52% in last one month and is currently quoting at 28257.5, up 0.05% on the day. The volume in the stock stood at 11.46 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 20.81 lakh shares in last one month.

The benchmark November futures contract for the stock is quoting at Rs 308.1, up 1.47% on the day. Marico Ltd is down 1.68% in last one year as compared to a 0.9% fall in NIFTY and a 10.06% fall in the Nifty FMCG index.

The PE of the stock is 48.87 based on TTM earnings ending June 18.
