Mastek allots 39,206 equity shares

Under ESOP

Mastek has allotted 39,206 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) to the eligible employees who had exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOPs). Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to 2,36,92,056 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 11,84,60,280/-
