Metropolis Healthcare allots 25,416 equity shares under RSUP

Metropolis Healthcare has allotted 25,416 equity shares under Metropolis - Restrictive Stock Unit Plan, 2020 on 08 July 2021.

Consequent to the allotment of the aforesaid equity shares, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company shall stand increased from Rs. 10,22,57,826 consisting of 5,11,28,913 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 10,23,08,658 consisting of 5,11,54,329 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
